Protosoma—from the Greek for “First Body”—reflects our belief that the body is the foundation of movement, health, and performance.

We go beyond pain relief to address root causes, restore function, and optimize resilience. Using evidence-based care, hands-on treatment, and personalized movement plans, we help you move better, feel stronger, and take control of your health.

We aim to treat you for the long haul, not just a quick fix.

We help active adults re-take control of your body through biomechanics and movement, empowering you to optimize your health and well-being. We address the root causes of dysfunction rather than just managing symptoms, using a biopsychosocial approach to care. Our goal is to help you move better, feel stronger, and live a healthier, full life.
